MICHAEL SLAVIN
Michael has 17 years of private equity and venture experience.
Michael cut his teeth in the private equity world serving as an analyst for Zenith Capital - focusing on buy-side M&A transactions. Within a year, Michael had found a deep level of comfort within the firm and was team lead on deals.
Michael having a deep passion for real estate and design leveraged his analytical and buy-side experience to earn an executive role at Weintraub Real Estate Group, and later, RAD Ventures - two premier Southern California real estate private equity firms, where Michael personally lead and managed all aspects of over $2.2 Bn worth of development projects creating tremendous value for his firms and their L.P.s
Michael is also a 2-time venture funded entrepreneur - launching businesses in both real estate debt and equity (including publicly filing a REIT) markets - scaling businesses to 100s of employees, and working with international investors.
WILL HOWARD
Will has over 20 years landscape design and construction experience.
Starting as a landscaper, Will quickly realized he loved the trade and had the desire [and felt he could add tremendous value] to design, rather than simply execute a vision. Will co-founded Stackrock group in 2012 and ever since then hasn't looked back.
Enjoying early success with his firm he and his partners opened a second location in Salt Lake City, Utah - adding to his quickly growing practice. CHACE SLAVIN
Chace is a practicing real estate transaction and corporate attorney. Chace worked as a corporate accountant for one year before attending law school. Having the real estate "bug" Chace, just out of law school purchased a title insurance business which
was complimentary to his growing real estate practice. Chace has been involved in 1000s of real estate transactions including: subdivisions, debt financings, private debt financings, HUD financing/acquisitions, purchases, 1031 exchanges, easement disputes, and more.
Chace has personally developed retail properties for national tenants including O'Reilley's and Family Dollar. Chace is also an active real estate investor. Over the years he has invested in, held, and operated multifamily, retail (multitenant), self-storage, and single family properties.
